2014 aluminum alloy composition is hard aluminum alloy belongs to the wrought aluminum alloy from the composition point of view, compared with 2A50, due to higher copper content, so the strength is higher, the heat strength is better, but the plasticity in the hot state is not as good as 2A50 , 2014 aluminum alloy has good machinability, good contact welding, spot welding and seam welding performance, arc welding and gas welding performance is poor; can be enhanced by heat treatment, there are extrusion effects.
